Physical Education

We are an ‘Active School Flag’ school! We were awarded our first Active Flag in 2016 and our second Active Flag in 2019. We were awarded our third Active Flag in February 2024. The Active School Flag (ASF) is a Department of Education initiative supported by Healthy Ireland, and part of the National Physical Activity Plan. The ASF initiative provides schools with a framework to guide, support and incentivise them to work towards achieving a physically educated active school community.
